We are seeking someone who is a reliable and motivated parkade maintenance worker to first learn how; then to perform - cleaning tasks at various parkades throughout the Edmonton area. This is a starting position but any employee can be moved from laborer to Equipment Operator if they show interest and are a reliable employee.
In this position, you will be responsible for Hand sweeping corners, backpack blowing, prepping floors with scrappers, and using a hose for the machines to come in and to the deep clean.
This position also requires flexibility in your work availability. Shifts are normally 5X per week 6-10 hours per shift. With evening and weekend shifts required several times per month again depending on the season.

Maintenance Worker Requirements and Qualifications
Able to pass police security background check; First Aid trainable; Proven experience as a maintenance worker or other similar position; Mechanical inclination and can solve basic mechanical/electrical problems on equipment; Experience driving a vehicle with trailer preferred but not essential as we will pay for your training course; Successful completion of on-site training required; Good communication and interpersonal skills; General ability for creative problem-solving.
Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
