North Shore pool, spa and patio store requires seasonal sales associates.
Position will consist of 3 to 4 shifts from the following schedule. Must include Saturdays at this time.
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Saturdays 9:30AM to 4:30PM
Sunday 11AM to 4PM (rarely)
The ideal candidate is:
- Polite and presentable with a strong sense of customer service.
- Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office
Duties include (training provided)
- Taking customer phone calls and relaying them to the proper areas of the business
- assisting customers throughout the store in the purchasing of their swimming pool or hot tub maintenance products.
- Water testing customer pool and hot tub samples.
- Stocking shelves, putting away product, minor merchandising of store
- Processing sales using our POS system
- General tidying of showroom, washrooms and displays.
You must be able to work in a team environment and realize simply making a sale is not the only responsibility. Duties will also include helping to keep the showroom clean and tidy, setting up and merchandising displays and helping customers with some of the smaller purchases of the day.
Be aware that this job is located in North Vancouver, if you live off of the North Shore the commute time will possibly be considerable.
