About the Role
360 Green Solutions Ltd. is a growing landscaping and exterior maintenance company based in Squamish, BC. We are hiring a Landscaping Maintenance Crew Leader (In Training) and are willing to train the right candidate. No landscaping experience required; this role is designed for someone who wants to learn, grow, and step into a leadership position.
Pay Structure
- Starting wage from $26/hour for entry-level candidates
- Higher starting rate available for relevant experience
- Wage increases based on skill development, reliability, and leadership growth
- Clear path toward Crew Leader pay up to $32/hour
- 4% vacation pay
Schedule
- Seasonal position: mid-March to mid-November
- 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts
What You’ll Learn & Do
- Lawn and garden maintenance (mowing, trimming, pruning, clean-ups)
- Basic planting, bed preparation, edging, soil/mulch installation
- Safe operation of landscaping tools and equipment
- Job quality standards and daily task planning
- Client communication and professional job site conduct
- Leadership skills with the goal of running your own crew
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable with physical, outdoor work (able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds)
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
