We don't expect everyone to know everything on day one, but we do expect people to show up with a good kitchen foundation, an caring attitude, and a drive to keep getting better.
Cooking, Prepping, Cleaning, Stocking, and all general kitchen work. When someone's in the weeds, you jump in. That's just how good kitchens work.
