Patient Care Coordinator (Naturopathic Doctor)
Compensation: $28–$35/hour + Performance Bonuses
We are seeking a Naturopathic Doctor who enjoys patient education, care planning, and helping patients navigate their healthcare journey.
This is a unique position that differs from a traditional Naturopathic practice role. Rather than providing naturopathic treatment, the successful candidate will act as a Patient Care Coordinator, guiding patients through our integrated healthcare system and ensuring they receive the most appropriate services, products, and support.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Comprehensive Health Consultations with new patients
- Review patient intake forms and discuss health concerns, goals, and barriers to recovery
- Educate patients regarding available services including Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, and Naturopathic Medicine
- Recommend beneficial insured healthcare products including custom orthotics, orthopaedic footwear, bracing, compression stockings, TENS units, and related programs
- Coordinate patient treatment plans and appointment schedules
- Track product recommendations, orders, estimates, claims, payments, and renewals
- Conduct Treatment Plan Reviews to evaluate patient progress and coordinate future care recommendations
- Work closely with healthcare providers and administration to improve patient outcomes and compliance

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 33.0 – 37.0 per week
