Compensation & Benefits $20.00 – $25.00 per hour, based on experience, skillset, reliability, and performance Mileage reimbursement provided when operating your personal vehicle for approved business-related purposes Flexible casual, part-time, and full-time opportunities Performance-based advancement and growth opportunities Diverse and engaging work environment with opportunities to build valuable skills Supportive, family-oriented workplace culture Opportunity to work with a company committed to supporting and giving back to the local community What You’ll Be Doing Successful applicants may assist with a variety of services, including: Residential & Commercial Cleaning Residential Moving Services Yard Work & Seasonal Cleanups Property Maintenance & General Labour Snow Removal / Snow Plowing Loading, Unloading & Heavy Lifting Moving materials, furniture, supplies, and equipment Maintaining clean, safe, and organized work sites Safely operating hand tools and basic equipment Supporting a variety of residential and commercial projects Every day can be different, making this an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who enjoy variety, teamwork, and hands-on work. What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will be: ✔ Reliable, punctual, and dependable ✔ Physically capable of demanding work in varying weather conditions ✔ Professional, respectful, and customer-service oriented ✔ Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team ✔ Detail-oriented with strong observation and communication skills ✔ Motivated to learn and develop new skills Experience in construction, janitorial, moving, maintenance, landscaping, property care, or manual labour is considered an asset — but is not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate. Preferred Qualifications (Assets) Applicants are strongly encouraged to possess: A valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation OR the ability to coordinate transportation to and from job sites throughout the Columbia Valley and surrounding areas First Aid & CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain certification at the earliest opportunity) WHMIS Certification (or willingness to obtain certification at the earliest opportunity) Additional Requirements Professional references may be requested A Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Persons Check will be required Must be able to work safely and follow workplace safety procedures and expectations We are seeking individuals who are professional, dependable, motivated, and take pride in delivering high-quality work.
