Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Cake Decorator to join our bakery team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cake decorating and food presentation, with experience in the baking industry. This role involves crafting beautiful, custom cakes and desserts that delight our customers and elevate their special occasions. A strong understanding of food safety, food handling, and bakery operations is essential to ensure high-quality products and excellent customer service. Must be available for a variety of shifts including, days, afternoons, and weekends. Wage negotiable based on experience.
Duties
- Decorate cakes and desserts, utilizing various decorating techniques and tools
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the decorating station and baking area
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and safety guidelines
- Package finished products carefully to ensure quality during delivery or pickup
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, including mixing, icing, and garnishing, packaging
- Proven experience in cake decorating, with a portfolio showcasing your work preferred
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
