We're looking for another dedicated, reliable, and self-motivated person to join our Parts Department in an entry level position. Both full-time and part-time will considered, depending on the candidate. Experience with motorcycle parts or inventory control is preferred, but any relevant experience will be considered.
The following items are examples of the duties for this position:
- Answering the phone
- Greeting customers in a positive and professional manner
- Using our point of sale system and additional parts programs to find the correct parts for the customer
- Ensuring the Service Department has the required parts for their jobs
- Shipping and Receiving, along with maintaining an accurate inventory
- Processing payment
- Daily cash outs/closing procedures
- General cleaning and tidying as necessary
- Participating in events
