PART-TIME KITCHEN TEAM MEMBER
Pizza, Salad, Appetizer & Dessert Station
Biagio’s Kitchen – Ottawa, ON
Pay: $18–$20 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: 2–3 shifts per week
Biagio’s Kitchen is looking for a reliable and experienced part-time kitchen team member to work our Pizza, Salad, Appetizer and Dessert Station.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy kitchen, takes pride in food quality and presentation, and works well as part of a team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and cook pizzas, appetizers and other station items
- Prepare salads and plate desserts
- Follow recipes, portion standards and presentation guidelines
- Complete station prep and maintain proper stock levels
- Keep the station clean, organized and ready for service
- Follow all food-safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist other kitchen team members when needed
- Complete closing and cleaning duties
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred
- Valid Food Handler Certification is required
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen
- Dependable, organized and able to work independently
- Strong attention to food quality and presentation
- Able to communicate and work well with the kitchen team
POSITION DETAILS:
- Part-time position
- Approximately 2–3 shifts per week
- Evening and weekend availability is required
- Starting wage of $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience
