Position Summary
The Part-Time DZ Truck Driver will be responsible for the safe transportation of plastic injection molds and tooling equipment between our facility, suppliers, and customer locations. This role is ideal for an experienced commercial driver who takes pride in professionalism, safety, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver plastic injection molds and tooling equipment to customers and suppliers.
- Safely load, secure, transport, and unload tooling and related equipment.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Ensure all deliveries and pickups are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance concerns.
- Complete delivery documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Represent DC Automotive Tooling Inc. professionally when interacting with customers and suppliers.
- Comply with all Ministry of Transportation regulations and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid DZ Driver's License (minimum requirement).
- Clean driver's abstract and CVOR record.
- Previous commercial driving experience preferred.
- Experience transporting industrial equipment, tooling, or manufacturing products is an asset.
- Ability to safely secure heavy loads.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to assist with loading and unloading when required.

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
