Your day-to-day impact

Take ownership of client projects

Manage the full project lifecycle (planning, execution, monitoring, and closure)
Maintain clear visibility on priorities, issues, risks, and changes
Lead, collaborate, and influence to ensure smooth project execution through meetings and follow-ups with internal teams and clients

Focus on what matters most (Budget, timelines, risks and changes)

Proactively monitor and manage project scope and budget evolution
Identify budget variances and implement corrective actions
Ensure client communications clearly reflect costs and prepare change requests when needed (scope, costs, impacts, timelines)
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including key milestones and deadlines
Anticipate timeline risks and adjust proactivel
Ensure clear documentation and proper handoff to operations

Lead and collaborate effectively

Work closely with internal teams to ensure project delivery meets required standards
Align all stakeholders on project objectives and priorities

Become a trusted partner to clients, not just a project manager

Maintain proactive, clear, and structured communication
Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and costs
Facilitate and lead internal and client meetings with confidence

What we’re looking for

University or college degree (or equivalent) in project management, IT, or a related field
Proven experience in IT project management (or equivalent experience)
General knowledge comparable to a systems administrator
Ability to understand and simplify technical concepts
Solid understanding of technologies used by system administrators
Ability to adapt communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Excellent French and good English communication skills
Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, autonomy, proactivity, and accountability
