What You’ll Do
As a Seasonal Gardener, you’ll help maintain and enhance landscaping across Patry Group properties in Kingston. Your attention to detail will help keep our outdoor spaces looking vibrant, healthy, and inviting.
Responsibilities include:
- Planting and maintaining flowers, shrubs, and seasonal plants
- Watering, pruning, trimming, and weeding landscaped areas
- Assisting with mulching, soil preparation, and fertilizing
- Maintaining clean and well-kept garden beds and green spaces
- Supporting general groundskeeping and seasonal property upkeep
- Monitoring plant health and assisting with basic pest and weed control
- Working with the team to ensure properties consistently look their best
What We’re Looking For
- Enjoys working outdoors in warm weather conditions
- Interest in gardening, landscaping, or horticulture
- Reliable, hardworking, and takes pride in quality work
- Able to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
Previous gardening or landscaping experience is considered an asset but is not required.

Position Details
- Location: Kingston, Ontario
- Season: Spring through Fall (weather dependent)
- Schedule: Full-time seasonal hours available
- Start Date: Early spring
