CR Fire Safety is a small fire protection company located on the island looking to hire a full time Sprinkler Fitter or 2nd year Apprentice and higher. We take pride in our work and looking to find the right candidate who has a positive attitude and works well independently and as part of a team. Our technicians are responsible for inspections, testing, repairs, and installation of equipment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience preferably in inspections and service work; with knowledge of relevant fire codes and standards
- Ability to operate various power tools and machinery including but not limited to pipe threaders, pipe cutters, groovers and core drills
- ASTTBC Certifications are a plus, not required. Willing to train the right candidate.
- Professionalism with strong customer service skills
- Ability to work respectfully and cooperatively with team members and customers. Leadership skills an asset.
- Excellent Time Management, organizational skills, and attention to detail with ability to complete thorough paperwork
- Valid BC Drivers License with reliable transportation

Pay: $24.00-$36.00 per hour
