Employment Program Manager

$68,000 – $72,000 dependent on experience
Ruth & Naomi's Mission is seeking an Employment Program Manager to lead and oversee our growing Employment Program.
This role provides leadership and oversight to employment-focused initiatives that support individuals experiencing barriers to employment through work readiness training, workplace placements, mentorship, and skill development opportunities across the organization.
The Employment Program Manager will oversee a team including the Employment Program Coordinator, Coaches, and Facilitators while working collaboratively with program managers across departments to create meaningful employment pathways for participants.
What You'll Do
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Employment Program
- Supervise and support the Employment Program Coordinator, Coaches, and Facilitators
- Develop and implement employment readiness programming and initiatives
- Collaborate with program managers to create participant placement opportunities across the organization
- Support participant success through employment-focused training and skill development
- Monitor program outcomes and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with grant requirements, reporting obligations, and program deliverables
- Support development of systems, processes, and program standards
What You'll Bring
- Experience in program management, workforce development, employment programming, or social services
- Experience supervising and developing staff teams
- Strong leadership, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Experience working with individuals experiencing barriers to employment
- Experience in nonprofit or community-based environments is considered an asset
- Personal relationship with Jesus and willingness to sign and uphold our statement of faith

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary of $68,000 – $72,000 dependent on experience
