Job Overview
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to be a crucial gear in a fast-moving machine? We are looking for an energetic Parts Helper to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our shop and parts department—managing inventory, sourcing parts, and keeping our fleet maintenance and repair operations running like a well-oiled machine.

What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)
- Keep Us Moving: Source, procure, and order specialized parts efficiently to ensure repairs are completed on time.
- Master the System: Perform data entry tasks to keep our inventory tracking accurate and up to date.
- Own Your Space: Clean, organize, and optimize various parts areas within the shop and parts room.
- Hit the Road: Safely pick up and deliver parts as needed to support the maintenance team.
- Heavy Lifting: Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to organize and move inventory safely.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with technicians and management to optimize inventory levels and plan ahead.
What You Bring to the Table (Qualifications)
- The Essentials: A valid, clean Class 5 Driver’s License with a 3-year clean driver's abstract and driving experience (this is a must!).
- The Know-How: Solid data entry skills and a strong understanding of parts supply processes and procedures.
- Heavy Equipment Skills: Proven experience operating forklifts and handling materials safely.
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in a Repair and Maintenance or fleet operations environment is highly preferred.
- The Right Attitude: A sharp eye for detail, Reliability, excellent organizational skills, and a team-first mindset.
