The Opportunity
We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable people to join our Accommodations team. Whether you enjoy interacting with guests at the front desk or take pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces, we have an opportunity for you.
What You'll Be Doing
Front Desk Attendant
You'll be the first and last impression for our guests by:
– Welcoming guests and managing check-ins and check-outs
– Taking reservations and processing payments
– Answering phones and responding to guest requests
– Providing information about hotel services and local attractions
– Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance
– Preparing and maintaining the continental breakfast area
– Performing light cleaning in public areas and guest rooms as required
– Helping create a friendly, professional guest experience every day
Room Attendant
You'll help ensure every guest enjoys a comfortable stay by:
– Cleaning guest rooms and bathrooms to hotel standards
– Making beds and replenishing linens and guest amenities
– Cleaning public areas and completing laundry duties
– Completing scheduled deep cleaning tasks
– Stocking housekeeping carts and supplies
– Reporting maintenance concerns and safety hazards
– Managing lost and found items
– Helping maintain a clean, welcoming property guests are proud to return to
What We’re Looking For
– Friendly, positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
– Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
– Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team
– Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
– Comfortable performing physical work such as standing, walking, bending & lifting throughout shift
– Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an asset but not required
– Food Safe and WHMIS certifications are assets (training opportunities available)
