Habitat Morin-Heights est une résidence pour personnes aînés autonome (RPA) certifiée.
Nous sommes une OSBL d’habitation accueillant les personnes de 70 ans et plus autonome ou en légère perte d’autonomie. Notre immeuble comprend 30 appartements locatifs, dont jusqu’à 24 peuvent être offerts à prix modique.
Sous l’autorité de la coordonnatrice, il/elle assure la surveillance des alertes des médaillons d’appel d’urgence. Conformément aux exigences de la certification RPA, la personne qui surveille la nuit peut dormir et doit être présente dans l’immeuble.
Exigences au poste
- - Certificat valide du cours de secourisme en milieu de travail /16 heures. (Formation offerte par l’employeur si besoin)

Responsabilités et fonctions
- - Répondre aux appels d’urgences
- - Appliquer le protocole établi en cas d’urgence ou de chute.
- - Maintenir à jour le cours de secourisme aux 3 ans.
- - S’assurer en tout temps du bon fonctionnement de l’appareil cellulaire relié aux urgences
- - Suivre le protocole en cas d’alarme incendie
- - Accomplir les formations requises en lien avec le statut d’employé en RPA.
Habitat Morin-Heights is a certified independent seniors' residence (RPA).
We are a non-profit housing organization for people aged 70 and over who are independent or with a slight loss of autonomy. Our building includes 30 rental apartments, of which up to 24 can be offered at a low price.
Under the authority of the coordinator, he/she monitors the alerts of the emergency call tags. In accordance with the requirements of RPA certification, the person who monitors the night can sleep and must be present in the building.

Responsibilities and Duties
- - Answering emergency calls
- - Follow established protocol in the event of an emergency or fall.
- - Maintain the first aid course every 3 years.
- - Ensure the proper functioning of the cellular device related to emergencies at all times
- - Follow the protocol in the event of a fire alarm
- - Complete the training required for the status of employee in an RPA.
Rémunération : 80,00$ à 90,00$ par jour
