Titan Energy Services Ltd., a privately owned oilfield service company, is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our growing team as an Operations Support Coordinator. The successful candidate will be a demonstrated team player with a strong operations background, hands on experience in Oil & Gas pumping operations, familiarity with basic accounting and capable of working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
The Operations Support Coordinator provides administrative and coordination support to the branch, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. This role focuses on documentation, scheduling support, communication, and record management while assisting dispatch and operations teams with non-field, non-supervisory duties.
Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, the ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Core Responsibilities:
Purchasing & Vendor Management:

Manage the Purchase Order (PO) system — accurate coding, clear descriptions, and tracking.

Enter and reconcile vendor invoices; follow up on discrepancies.

Maintain the approved vendor list and source competitive pricing.
Travel & Accommodation Coordination:

Book and manage hotel accommodations for field staff, tracking cost and usage.

Communicate travel and lodging details to field crews.
Dispatch & Scheduling Support:

Assist with daily scheduling and dispatch of crews, vehicles, and equipment.

Coordinate mobilization/demobilization of personnel and equipment.

Maintain dispatch logs, crew schedules, and daily operational reports.

Monitor field activity (incl. via Samsara) and communicate schedule changes to crews, customers, and management.
Equipment & Fleet Records:

Track rental equipment usage, documentation, and timely returns.

Maintain driver records — logs, inspection reports, authorized-driver documentation.

Support scheduling of equipment inspections and maintenance.
Office & Records Management:

Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail and courier shipments.

Maintain organized records, spreadsheets, and reports for management review.

Prepare and distribute customer-related documents and service reports.

Respond to calls, emails, and service requests in a professional, timely manner.

Provide general administrative support to the Branch Manager and maintain an organized office.

Qualifications & Experience:

2–4 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.

Experience supporting operations, dispatch, or logistics teams is an asset.
This job is based in Grande Prairie, AB. This is an in-person position, Monday to Friday. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
