Overview
We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, and self-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow our business through outreach, relationship building, and client acquisition.
This role is focused on finding new clients, reaching out to businesses and organizations, building relationships, and helping secure bookings and partnerships for our studio events and mobile programs.
You will be actively calling, emailing, networking, and meeting potential clients including schools, corporate offices, camps, daycares, community groups, and local businesses.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, building connections, and working independently in a flexible environment.
Responsibilities
- Find and develop new business opportunities throughout Calgary
- Reach out to potential clients through phone calls, emails, social media, and in-person networking
- Build relationships with schools, businesses, camps, daycares, and community organizations
- Set up meetings and presentations with potential clients
- Promote studio events, corporate team-building events, school programs, birthday parties, and mobile events
- Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication
- Maintain organized records of outreach and client interactions
- Work closely with ownership to develop sales strategies and partnerships
- Represent the company professionally during meetings, networking events, and client visits
- Help grow long-term partnerships and repeat business opportunities
Qualifications
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and approaching new clients
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Organized and reliable
- Previous sales, customer service, marketing, or business development experience is an asset
- Comfortable meeting clients in person when needed
- Basic computer and email skills
- Experience with CRM systems is an asset but not required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Compensation
- $1,000/month base pay

About Us
Crock A Doodle Calgary SW is a pottery painting studio located in Southwest Calgary. We host creative events for families, schools, businesses, and community groups both in-studio and off-site throughout Calgary.
We’re looking for someone who can help us grow our presence in the community and bring in new relationships and event opportunities.
