Health Concept is seeking a compassionate and professional Registered Clinical Counsellor to join our multidisciplinary wellness clinic in Surrey, BC, as an independent contractor.
This position offers a 70% counsellor / 30% Health Concept fee split. Compensation is approximately $105–$120 per completed client session, depending on the service fee.
Health Concept provides:

The counsellor will provide professional counselling services, maintain accurate and confidential client records, manage their availability through Jane App, and follow all applicable ethical, privacy and professional standards.
Applicants must hold a current Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) designation with BCACC or another recognized counselling designation, carry valid professional liability insurance, and be eligible to practise in British Columbia.
This position offers a flexible schedule of approximately 10–25 hours per week, based on practitioner availability and client bookings. No minimum hours or income are guaranteed.
Pay: $105.00-$120.00 per hour
