Join Our Gardening Team!
Do you enjoy working outdoors, pushing your limits, and getting your hands dirty? Do you have a love of flowers, plants, and the simple beauty of nature? We’re looking for driven, hardworking individuals to join our team for the remainder of the 2026 gardening season.
Our projects focus on eco‑gardening and naturalized landscapes that support healthy ecosystems, pollinators, and sustainable design. Our motto says it all: Inspired and informed by nature — and by hard work.
About the Role
As a Landscape Gardener, you’ll work as part of a 2–4 person team on either our Residential or Commercial crews. Under the direction of your Crew Lead or Manager, you’ll handle all aspects of garden maintenance, installs, and site care.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform site cleanups (raking, blowing, shoveling).
- Manage garden pests and diseases using natural methods.
- Weed, trim, prune, mulch, and plant according to seasonal needs.
- Cultivate and maintain garden beds.
- Assist with maintenance and installations as directed.
Requirements
- Genuine interest in nature, gardening, and sustainability.
- A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and integrity.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Respect for your team and the spaces we work in.
- Reliable transportation to and from the meeting/job site.
- Must be physically fit; this is a physically demanding job requiring the ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet all day.
- Valid working visa or permanent residency required.
- G2 or G driver’s license preferred; a personal vehicle is an asset.
- Education or experience in horticulture, landscaping, environmental studies, or a related field is considered an asset.
What to Expect
This is hard, physical, outdoor work. You’ll sweat, you’ll get muddy, and you’ll be out in the rain and heat. Workdays run long (8+ hrs), and weather can change your schedule on a dime. But you’ll see your results grow before your eyes — the kind of satisfaction that only comes from honest labor and a love for nature.
The payoff: staying fit, grounded, and part of a team that values grit, growth, and green spaces — and shares a genuine love of flowers, plants, and all things that grow.
