As a Post Operations Associate, you will be part of a collaborative team that plays a key role in supporting the home delivery customer experience. You’ll work closely with stores, distribution centers, and delivery carriers to ensure orders are processed efficiently and customers receive exceptional service.
Availability Requirements
Monday to Friday: Standard business hours
This is a permanent part-time position

What you’ll do as a Post Operations Associate
Support the end-to-end flow of home delivery orders within established service standards
Work directly with stores and home delivery carriers nationally to resolve pending orders and customer return transfers
Ensure products are returned to stores or distribution centers within targeted timelines
Monitor and manage order flow between customers, carriers, and stores to prevent delays
Provide timely and accurate updates to internal partners regarding delivery status
Assist in resolving pre- and post-delivery issues, including inventory discrepancies
Deliver excellent customer service by supporting stores and addressing inquiries efficiently
Maintain accurate records and update systems with strong attention to detail
Handle sensitive customer information while strictly adhering to privacy and security standards
What we’re looking for
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry
Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, and other Windows applications
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
A positive attitude and a strong commitment to teamwork
