What you will do
You will own Meta ad accounts (Facebook and Instagram) end to end for a portfolio of our clients: campaign setup in Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting and retargeting, creative testing, and budget optimization against clear client goals under our flat-fee model. You will run Advantage+ campaigns, choose the right objectives, set up the pixel and events with the Conversions API, and keep tracking and UTMs validated alongside our analysts. You will A/B test creative and audiences, watch landing page performance, and report on ROAS, CAC, and CPA in plain language. You stay current on Meta ad policy so campaigns launch clean, and you are the named specialist your clients actually talk to.
What we are looking for
- Meta Certified Media Buying Professional preferred (Meta Blueprint), with proven hands-on experience managing Meta ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
- Campaign setup in Meta Ads Manager: objectives, audience targeting, retargeting, and Advantage+ campaigns
- Pixel and events setup, Conversions API basics, and UTM tracking, validated end to end
- Creative testing and A/B testing paired with disciplined budget optimization toward clear targets
- Reporting on ROAS, CAC, and CPA, and reading landing page performance to act on it
- Working knowledge of Meta ad policy and compliance
- Bonus: experience with other paid social platforms such as TikTok or LinkedIn
Pay: $33,922.84-$86,315.17 per year
