We are currently looking to hire a reliable driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record and the ability to assist with poultry catching on-site.
Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, report mechanical issues, and ensure the vehicle is adequately fueled.
- Transportation: Safely transport passengers to designated destinations on schedule.
-Load and unload trailer to vehicle
- Poultry Handling: Load and unload poultry according to the company’s humane handling policy.
Qualifications:
- Full G license with a clean driving record; a Class F license is considered an asset.
- Excellent attendance and reliability.
- Ability to communicate clearly.
- Capacity for heavy lifting.
Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly travel pay for commutes to and from the farm.
- Pay per kilometer (varies based on license class).
- Piece-work rate for poultry catching.
Hours of Work:
- Working hours vary weekly depending on customer needs.
- Must be available for both day and night shifts.
Pay: From $21.05 per hour
