Responsibilities -
Culinary Function

Carry out services in accordance with the menus based on technical sheets, evaluate or check them, and make corrections if necessary

Supervise production techniques (cooking, setup, plating, etc.)

Provide technical sheets to the relevant teams and inform them of any cycle changes

Manage complaints: draft analyses and action plans, and monitor their implementation
Hygiene and Quality Function

Comply with and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
-
Monitor and ensure proper application of required procedures and the quality of service

Follow up on non-compliance issues related to hygiene
-
Inform staff of the importance of maintaining equipment and facilities
-
Foster a sense of responsibility among staff regarding the cleanliness of premises and equipment

Check the effectiveness of end-of-day cleaning
Stock Management Function

Identify needs

Manage stock levels

Manage cleaning products

Supervise storage and organization of equipment

Liaise between the Handling Department and the Food Department
-
Ensure the integration and training of new employees
-
Work with the Center Director to align staffing with working hours and workload
Management and Organization Function

Prepare employee schedules and determine the need for temporary and permanent staff

Supervise the proper execution of client service preparations

Lead and manage your team

Ensure proper compliance with procedures within the department

Act as a liaison between the Handling Department and the Food Department
-
Ensure the integration and training of new employees
-
Collaborate with the Center Director to match positions with working hours and workload
- Diploma or degree in Food Production, Food Science, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.

Previous experience in food production supervision is required;
-
Previous multi-customer production experience is required;
-
Knowledge of catering is an asset;

MS Office Computer skills Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook

Knowledge of food safety rules

Ability to build successful teams and partnerships.

Availability to work on weekends, flexible.
