Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various manual tasks across different projects, ensuring efficient operations and maintaining a safe work environment. This role offers an opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience. Experience in septic system installation, underground services, landscaping and construction an asset. Valid drivers license required. Wages based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment
- Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and maintenance to ensure safety and organization
- Operate basic tools and equipment as needed, following safety protocols
- Support team members in completing project-specific tasks efficiently
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a secure work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety and detail
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions effectively
- Prior experience in septic system installation or construction is a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license are essential.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
