Arundel Capital is a fast-growing asset-based lending company, and we are looking for a motivated Bilingual Client Service Specialist who wants to grow their career with us. This role offers hands-on experience across key business functions including contract management, insurance coordination, and client support within a collaborative, professional environment.
What You'll Do:
- Monitor and follow up on client insurance coverage and coordinate enrolment in the GAIG insurance program.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Manage Proof of Loss submissions and insurance claims.
- Prepare lease payouts, client authorizations, and cancellations.
- Complete PPSA filings, including discharges and amendments.
- Receive full and partial lease payouts.
- Prepare and track Lease Amendment Worksheets, Contract Amendments, end-of-lease documents, and PPSA revisions with precision.
- Support clients by answering inquiries and explaining lease terms clearly and professionally.

What You'll Need:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to quickly learn internal systems such as Aspire and LeasePlus.
- Solid documentation and administration skills.
- A commitment to accuracy, organization, and professional customer service.
- Prior industry experience or familiarity with sectors like heavy equipment, construction, or transportation is an asset.
- Fluency in both French and English (required).
