The Role
As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for completing high-quality cleans while helping guide and support our cleaning team. You will represent our brand in clients’ homes and businesses, so attention to detail, communication, and a strong work ethic are essential.
Responsibilities
- Lead and complete residential and commercial cleaning services to Obsidian Clean Co. standards
- Perform detailed cleaning tasks including kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, organization, and finishing touches
- Ensure quality control and consistency across all cleans
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Help train and support new team members
- Maintain company equipment, supplies, and organization
- Take ownership of scheduled jobs and ensure expectations are exceeded

Compensation
Competitive hourly wage based on experience and leadership ability.
