Job Posting: Pest Control Technician & Route Builder

Compensation & Perks:
Base Salary: $18.00 per hour
Commission: Uncapped commission on sales and route growth
Fuel Coverage: We pay for your gas!

Key Responsibilities:
Route Development: Actively build, optimize, and maintain a recurring service route of loyal clients.
Inspections & Treatments: Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations, entry points, and apply appropriate treatments.
Client Education & Sales: Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and look for opportunities to upsell services to maximize your commission.
Equipment Operation: Safely and effectively use hand tools, power tools, and pest control equipment during treatment procedures.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments, and follow-up visits.
Safety First: Ensure all safety protocols and environmental regulations are strictly followed during application processes.
Skills & Requirements
Vehicle Requirement: Must have a reliable personal vehicle to travel between job sites (gas expenses are fully covered).
Sales Mindset: Experience with sales or customer service is highly advantageous for building and retaining your route.
Independence: Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision while maintaining high safety and service standards.
Physical Stamina: Ability to perform inspections and treatments that require bending, lifting, working outdoors in various weather conditions, or navigating confined spaces.
License: Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Experience: Prior knowledge of pest control techniques is a plus, but comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidate.
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
