The experience brings people together through delicious, locally sourced food and hand crafted, top quality beverages in an environment that is lively, welcoming and picturesque.
Consider joining our team as a Chef, Line Cook or Kitchen Hand and participate in culinary operations as we enter our fourth season.
You must bring a high standard of culinary execution while ensuring effective controls are followed to maintain operational budgets. You will be expected to work with our team in a way that reflects our unique approach while consistently delivering a high level of food experiences.

This is a full-time, seasonal position that offers season-end bonus. The role is ideal for the chef seeking to fine tune their craft early in their career through culinary innovation and leadership.

Experience | Skills | Requirements
- Proven experience as a culinary innovator
- Must have a strong business acumen with a strong understanding of the business model, the ability to read and measure key metrics and to make decisions that lead to a successful business
- Be able to coach and execute service with a high degree of culinary skill
- Culinary Diploma or similar along with relevant Food Safety certifications
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
