We are seeking an on-call Early Childhood Educator who embodies the Montessori spirit of respect, curiosity, and mindful guidance.
- Alberta Early Childhood Educator Certification is preferred;
- Experience in a licensed early learning or childcare environment, with an understanding of regulatory expectations
- A deep appreciation for child development, Montessori, sensitive periods, and play‑based, hands‑on exploration
- Experience supporting children with diverse or additional needs, grounded in compassion and individualized care
- A genuine commitment to child‑led learning, peaceful caregiving, and building secure, trusting relationships
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach that honours the role of the prepared adult
- Current First Aid & CPR Certification
- Clear Police Information Check including Vulnerable Sector Search
