At Papparoti, we’re known for our specialty coffee, signature coffee caramel buns, and welcoming atmosphere. We’re a fast-paced café with a loyal customer base, and we’re looking for a passionate barista who takes pride in quality and great service.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare espresso-based drinks (lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos) to high standards
- Create latte art and ensure consistency in every cup
- Prepare teas, juices, smoothies, and signature drinks
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service and take orders
- Maintain a clean, organized coffee bar and seating area
- Handle POS transactions and support daily café operations
- Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2+ years of barista experience in a café environment
- Strong espresso knowledge and ability to dial in shots
- Latte art skills preferred
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability (early mornings, weekends required)
Pay: $17.80-$22.50 per hour
