The Role
We’re looking for a Digital Product Manager to join our Toronto team and own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our core platform products. You’ll be at the intersection of tech, media, and user experience, translating market needs into features across OTT video, DOOH networks, and hyperlocal portals. What You’ll Own
Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define vision and prioritize roadmap for our OTT, DOOH, and hyperlocal engagement products based on market research, client feedback, business goals and product usage analytics.
End-to-End Execution: Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and requirements through launch, iteration, and sunset. Write detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, and Client Services teams to ship high-impact features.
Platform Performance: Monitor KPIs including user engagement, video completion rates, DOOH impressions, portal MAU, and client retention. Use data to drive decisions and optimize UX.
Client & Market Insight: Work directly with telecom partners, media clients, and internal stakeholders in Canada, US, and LATAM to identify pain points and uncover new product opportunities.
Innovation: Stay ahead of trends in OTT/CTV, programmatic DOOH, geotargeting, AI personalization, and adtech to keep Icaro’s platform competitive.
Qualifications
Must Have: 4+ years product management in adtech, media tech, or SaaS platforms. Proven track record launching B2B2C digital products at scale. Strong technical fluency with APIs, SDKs, and data pipelines. Experience with agile development, JIRA, and analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Looker. Excellent communication skills. Bachelor’s in Business, CS, Engineering, or related field. Eligible to work in Canada.
Nice to Have: Experience with OTT/CTV platforms like Roku, Fire TV, or Apple TV. Background in Digital Out of Home or programmatic advertising. Experience with telecom, ISPs, or MVPD partnerships. Knowledge of hyperlocal marketing, geofencing, or community platforms. Spanish fluency. MBA or technical degree. Experience working with cross-border or LATAM teams.
