Job Summary

Duties
- Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work progresses according to schedule and safety protocols are strictly followed
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth operations and timely delivery of materials
- Conduct regular quality inspections and construction inspections to verify compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety standards
- Oversee quality control processes, identifying issues early and implementing corrective actions promptly
- Assist in construction estimating tasks by providing on-site insights into material needs and labor requirements
- Manage site documentation including daily logs, incident reports, inspection records, and progress updates
- Ensure electrical systems and other technical components meet safety standards through thorough inspections and supervision
Skills
- Strong background in construction estimating and project management principles
- Proven experience in construction supervision with a focus on quality inspection and control
- Knowledge of construction inspection procedures across various trades, including electrical systems
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively
- Familiarity with construction experience in diverse environments to adapt quickly to project needs
- Ability to perform detailed quality inspections while maintaining a focus on safety and efficiency
- Technical understanding of electrical systems is a plus for overseeing electrical components within projects
