As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Head of Operations to build and lead the operational engine behind our business.
The Opportunity
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on creating structure, improving processes and making organizations run exceptionally well. You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the business while enabling our advisors and internal team to perform at their best.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day business operations across the organization
- Optimize advisor onboarding, contracting and operational workflows
- Develop and improve SOPs, systems and internal processes
- Oversee CRM, project management and operational reporting
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with leadership
- Manage office operations, vendors and administrative functions
- Support company events, training and advisor communications
- Track KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Lead and mentor a growing operations team
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in operations, business management or project leadership
- Proven ability to build scalable processes and systems
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Comfortable with technology, automation and business software
- Financial services, wealth management, insurance or other regulated industry experience is an asset
