Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service to enhance their dining experience
- Take orders accurately using POS systems, including Micros POS, and process transactions efficiently with cash handling skills
- Assist with food and beverage service, including serving dishes and upselling menu items to maximize guest satisfaction and sales
- Ensure proper food handling and sanitation procedures are followed in accordance with food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining tables, counters, and service stations
- Manage guest inquiries promptly and resolve issues professionally to ensure a positive experience
- Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation or other tasks as needed in a hospitality environment
- Demonstrate effective time management to handle high-volume periods smoothly
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and basic math for cash handling and transactions
- Experience in hospitality or guest services roles will be advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
