Job Summary
Seeking a sports-minded Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with a strong focus on injury management and experience delivering collaborative treatment plans within an integrated care team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping others, values teamwork, and is looking to build and expand their practice within a supportive, collaborative environment. **Must be available Saturdays**
Duties:
- Assess client conditions by reviewing medical histories and conducting thorough consultations to develop appropriate treatment plans in collaboration with other practitioners.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client treatments and progress.
- Ensure the treatment area is clean and organized, including sanitizing equipment and linens after each session.
- Provide exceptional patient care by fostering a welcoming environment and effectively addressing client inquiries or concerns.
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and best practices through ongoing education and training. Remain open to collaboration and learning from peers, recognizing the value of shared knowledge and diverse perspectives in promoting professional growth.
