Job Description:
Under the direction of the General Manager, the Executive Chef will exhibit their culinary talents in creating menus and delivery of high-quality dishes that meet the philosophy and standards of Regency Retirement Resort. Being mindful to residents that have food Allergies or intolerances. You will lead the Food Services Department to operate in an effective, efficient, and safe manner while creating a memorable dining experience for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute diverse, nutritious, and appealing menus tailored to the needs and preferences of senior residents, including those with special dietary requirements.
Lead and manage the kitchen team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including local health department requirements.

Salary: $63,000-$68,000
