Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

Position Overview
We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Construction Site Supervisor to oversee projects within the retail, commercial, corporate interior, and airport sectors. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with General Contractors and managing construction projects from start to finish while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors, and excellent communication with clients, project managers, and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently
- Manage retail, commercial, airport, renovation, and tenant improvement projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, suppliers, and internal project teams
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, General Contractors, and stakeholders
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documents while resolving site-related issues
- Track project schedules, progress, and site documentation, providing updates to Project Managers
- Lead and support site personnel while maintaining productivity and quality standards
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance site operations and project performance
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of construction site supervision experience
- Experience managing retail, commercial, or airport construction projects preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations
- Proven experience working with General Contractors and coordinating multiple trades
- Hands-on knowledge of carpentry, framing, drywall, and general construction practices
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Valid certifications including Working at Heights, First Aid/CPR, and Basics of Supervision
- Flexible to work night shifts and travel when required
- Knowledge of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC) is considered an asset
