Insurance can be taught. Drive, integrity, resilience, curiosity, and coachability are much harder to teach. You do not need insurance experience. If you're willing to learn, accept coaching, and put in the effort, we'll teach you everything you need to know.
Stage 1: Obtain (or complete) your Property & Casualty licence, learn personal insurance, our systems, and begin building your client base.
Stage 2: Expand into Commercial Insurance while developing networking, business development, and relationship-building skills.
Stage 3: Obtain your Life Insurance licence and become a well-rounded advisor helping clients protect every stage of life.
- Annual base salary: $40,000 - $50,000 (based on experience)
- Commission Potential: uncapped, based on sales performance with high potential
- Monthly and annual bonuses tied to office and team goals.

An individual that is self-motivated, outgoing, curious, coachable, organized, detail-oriented, accountable, resilient, professional, passionate about helping people, and committed to continuous growth. You understand that consistent daily activities create long-term success.
You love meeting new people, enjoy helping others, like setting goals, appreciate coaching, want a career instead of just a job, enjoy learning, and believe relationships are more important than transactions.
You prefer waiting for business to come to you, dislike networking or outbound calling, struggle with organization or follow-up, resist coaching, become discouraged easily by rejection, or simply want a predictable routine.
Sales, customer service, retail leadership, hospitality, banking, business development, or relationship management. Insurance experience is an asset but absolutely not required.
Our best advisors build trust first, listen before recommending, follow through, stay organized, continue learning, welcome feedback, support teammates, and continuously improve.

Base salary plus commission, performance incentives, paid training, licensing support, one-on-one coaching, ongoing professional development, career advancement opportunities, and a supportive collaborative team.
Excellent communication and computer skills, experience or willingness to use AI technology, valid driver's licence and reliable transportation, attention to detail, passion for helping people. Property & Casualty licence is an asset but not required.
