Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various commercial and residential spaces. This role is vital in ensuring a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment for clients and staff. Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces
- Use cleaning supplies and equipment effectively to ensure high standards of cleanliness
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines at all times
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety
- Adhere to company policies regarding cleaning protocols and customer service standards
Skills
- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good time management skills to complete assigned duties efficiently
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting light loads
- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude toward work responsibilities
Pay: Up to $17.60 per hour
