About the Role:
We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Labourers/ Landscapers/Excavator and Machine Operator to join our growing team. These are hands on positions require physical labor, operating heavy equipment, and assisting with a variety of landscaping and excavation projects. You’ll be working on both residential and commercial job sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators and other machinery safely and efficiently
- Perform general labor and landscaping tasks, including digging, grading, planting, and site clean-up
- Assist with site prep and drainage installations
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean job site
- Perform routine checks and maintenance on equipment
- Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors
Requirements:
- Previous experience operating excavators and landscaping equipment required
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs
- Willingness to take direction and work as part of a team
- Knowledge of safety standards and equipment care
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with skid steers, loaders, and other machinery
- Basic understanding of site plans and grading
- Certifications or other safety training a plus
