What you’ll be doing
- Perform high-standard cleaning in residential spaces, offices, and clinics
- Follow detailed, step-by-step cleaning systems (no guessing, no shortcuts)
- Clean all key areas: kitchens, bathrooms, floors, windows, and high-touch surfaces
- Catch the details most cleaners miss: light switches, handles, edges, baseboards, fixtures
- Maintain a professional and respectful presence in every client environment
- Use our digital tools to track jobs and stay aligned with the team
- Ensure every space looks immaculate, feels clean, and smells fresh before leaving
Who you are
You don’t see cleaning as “just a job.”

- You have at least 2 years of experience in cleaning (residential, commercial, or hotel housekeeping — strong asset)
- You have a car and can travel across Montreal, Laval, the North Shore, and the South Shore
- You are reliable — when you commit, you show up
- You are comfortable working with structured systems, protocols, and quality checks
- You take feedback seriously and use it to improve quickly
- You’re looking to grow within a company, not just move from job to job
- You’re comfortable using basic mobile apps and digital tools
