HELP WANTED – Parking Lot Maintenance / Janitorial Worker
Part-Time / Full-Time Opportunities Available
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to maintain commercial parking lots throughout the downtown Vancouver area.
Responsibilities:
- General cleaning of parking lots and surrounding areas
- Emptying garbage receptacles and removing litter
- Transporting waste to designated disposal locations
- Sweeping, spot cleaning, and maintaining a clean appearance
- Reporting maintenance or safety concerns as required
- Traveling between multiple parking lot locations during your shift to complete scheduled cleaning and maintenance tasks
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Must have your own reliable vehicle capable of transporting garbage bags, cleaning supplies, and equipment
- Ability to travel between multiple downtown parking locations throughout the workday
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable, punctual, and physically able to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Previous janitorial, grounds maintenance, or property maintenance experience is an asset but not required
