Job Description
- Building / Property maintenance
- Inspect and identifies equipment or machines in need of repairs.
- Perform general repairs that do not require a specialized technician.
- Perform routine maintenance on roofing equipment
- Organize and assist with upkeep of the facility.
- Perform general yard task as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- Must have small engine mechanical experience.
- Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers.
- Knowledge of general repairs.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must have a valid driver's license without infractions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods standing and walking.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
