Job Description
WJR Window Cleaning & Property Solutions is seeking experienced Hi-Rise Rope Access Technicians to join our team. This role involves a variety of exterior building maintenance and repair services at heights.
Responsibilities
- Hi-rise window cleaning
- Waterproofing and re-glazing
- Balcony repairs and maintenance
- Building inspections
- Light installations
- Completion of various hi-rise service and maintenance work orders
Requirements
- Proven experience in rope access / hi-rise work
- IRATA or SPRAT certification (preferred)
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and fall protection
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
