Location: Downtown Toronto, ON
Hybrid Schedule: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
Salary: $80,000–$90,000 + 10% Annual Bonus + Excellent Benefits
We are currently seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a dynamic and growing recruitment team within a leading professional financial services organization in Downtown Toronto.
This is a permanent, full-time hybrid opportunity offering the chance to manage end-to-end recruitment initiatives, partner closely with business leaders, and contribute to strategic talent acquisition programs.
Schedule
- Full-time, permanent position
- Monday to Friday, standard business hours
- Three days per week onsite in Downtown Toronto
- Some flexibility may be required based on business needs and recruitment priorities

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned business units, from sourcing through offer stage.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through various recruitment channels, including LinkedIn and other talent platforms.
- Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates based on qualifications, competencies, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview processes and maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring journey.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Deliver a positive and seamless candidate experience.
- Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet recruitment goals and hiring objectives.
- Ensure recruitment practices align with company policies and employment standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment within a corporate, professional services, financial services, or high-volume environment is an asset.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment capabilities.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions while maintaining strong attention to detail and organization.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional English communication skills required; French is considered an asset but not mandatory.
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
