Course description : (FR) Étude du dialogue comme processus d’exploration des croyances cachées et d’échange d’idées entre participants. Exercices pratiques de dialogue comme instrument de résolution et de transformation des conflits. Préparation à l’utilisation de dialogues structurés dans les activités professionnelles. Caractéristiques du dialogue entre groupes ethniques et religieux différents.
Required experience and qualifications:
- Familiarity with a variety of dialogue approaches and theories directed at conflict resolution
- Experience in designing and facilitating dialogue processes .
- Passive proficiency in the second official language
- Sensitivity to multiple differences (including abilities, genders, and cultures) and to students' concerns.
- Proficiency with both in-person and online learning tools
