Collaboration across multiple Stakeholders

Defect tracking and triage

Documenting business test cases

End-to-end UAT management

Requirement Traceability Matrix
Must-have Skills:
-
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
-
3+ years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and defect management.

Hands-on experience with qTest or similar test management tools.

Strong understanding of business process analysis, process mapping, and process improvement.

Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Understanding of Business Requirement and end-to-end testing process

Have experience documenting business requirements
Nice-to-Have Skills:
-
Previous experience with banking (strong advantage).

Experience within the Financial Services/Banking industry.
