Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including bar and dining spaces
- Restock supplies as needed and assist with setup for events or special occasions
- Follow all food industry regulations and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
Experience
- Previous restaurant experience preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a hospitality setting
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and making change accurately
- Experience with food industry operations, including serving alcohol responsibly and adhering to legal requirements
